Modular Home Design
A concept design for a modest and inexpensive prefabricated housing option, each module is a self -contained single bedroom dwelling, however can be coupled to provide multiple housing options. Designed to be ridged and easily transported by road, modules are located on site and lowered onto post footing around the perimeter of the module before being fixed in position and connected to services.
The low-set, modular design can be configured to take advantage of difficult sites while the flexible plan arrangement provides compact yet efficient living and private areas.
The design is well suited for affordable housing, granny flats or holiday homes and provides and caters for a growing need for greater density and versatile living solutions for our suburbs.

The extension is still in design stages and will be proceeding to documentation in the near future.
